Sales Executive

Empathetic, consultative sales role connecting parents to IND's parent-led neurodevelopment programmes.

We are seeking empathetic and persuasive Sales Executives to connect with parents, understand their concerns, guide them through our solution pathway, and help them make the decision to enroll. This is not high-pressure sales — it is consultative guidance. You will listen deeply, clarify doubts, handle objections patiently, and ensure the parent sees the value in our structured, parent-led approach. Your role is vital in ensuring that qualified prospects become committed participants, enabling their children to receive life-changing support.

What you'll do
  • Connect with parents via inbound leads, calls, and in-person conversations
  • Understand each family's concerns and explain IND's assessment and programme pathway
  • Guide prospects through the solution with patience, not pressure
  • Clarify doubts, handle objections, and help parents make informed enrollment decisions
  • Coordinate with the clinical and operations team for smooth onboarding handoffs
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM
  • Meet monthly enrollment and follow-up targets without aggressive selling
What we're looking for
  • 12th Pass minimum; graduate preferred
  • 1+ years of B2C sales, tele-sales, retail sales, or healthcare counselling experience
  • Strong spoken Bengali, Hindi and English
  • Empathetic listener with clear, persuasive communication
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and daily follow-up discipline
  • Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working 6 days a week
  • Experience in medical services, diagnostics, education, or child-development sectors is a plus

Project & Operations Coordinator

Process executor and systems enabler who converts programme structures into step-by-step workflows, coordinates team follow-through, audits documentation for accuracy, and monitors delivery timelines across content, therapy, tech, and marketing teams.

The Institute of NeuroDevelopment (IND) is a pioneering center focused on empowering families of neurodivergent children—especially those with Autism, ADHD, and developmental delays—through structured, parent-led, play-based intervention models. Our work is highly process-driven, results-oriented, and grounded in clarity, compassion, and accountability. We are expanding our backend team to ensure operational excellence at scale. We are looking for a Project & Operations Coordinator who will function as a process executor and systems enabler within IND. This individual will take high-level ideas or programmes and systematically break them into checklists, timelines, responsibilities, and delivery processes. They will follow up on implementation with various team members, ensure outputs match defined process standards, and audit documentation for accuracy and completeness.

What you'll do
  • Convert broad programme structures into step-by-step workflows
  • Create internal documentation: SOPs, timelines, checklists, templates
  • Maintain clear version control and accessibility of documents
  • Communicate with various stakeholders (content team, therapists, tech, marketing, etc.) to ensure task clarity
  • Follow up on individual responsibilities, flag delays or confusion early
  • Ensure tasks are completed within timelines and as per specifications
  • Audit task completion against assigned checklists and process flows
  • Identify deviations from standards and report or initiate correction
  • Help streamline repetitive tasks through templatisation and automation
  • Track progress on active projects using simple project management tools
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and flag critical risks
  • Close projects with documentation of learnings, process notes, and outcomes
What we're looking for
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or backend execution
  • Strong documentation, checklisting, and process-thinking abilities
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, or project tools like Trello/Asana
  • Fluent in English; Bengali/Hindi is a bonus for internal coordination
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Background in education, healthcare, consulting, or nonprofit operations is a plus
  • Job type: Full-Time (Offline), Permanent
  • Work days: 6 days/week, 9 am to 6 pm
  • Location: Sovabazar, Kolkata (in person)
  • Compensation: based on experience and capability; performance-based growth assured
